My Data

Build a fuller picture of your tics, treatments, and the things around them — and let Gilles turn all of it into a plain answer about what is actually making a difference.

My Tics & CRs

Two connected tools live here. In your Tic Inventory, add tics and archive ones that are no longer present — noting body location, strength, frequency, whether there's a premonitory urge, how strong it is, and a personal description. In your CR Library, manage the competing responses you've built: archive or reactivate any of them, and see which body region each is tied to. New CRs are created within the CR Practice tool itself, connected directly to the tic they target.

Treatment tracking

Manage My Treatments

Add new treatments, pause or stop existing ones, and adjust frequency, dose, or modality — for treatments that can be done online. It's a clear, shareable record you and your care team can both work from.

Context, not just symptoms

Log a Life Event

Life events — good, bad, or neutral — can all affect tics. Log an event, note which life domain it touches (health, family, career, social, financial, academic, and more), and rate how much it affected your stress level. Mark whether it's ongoing or something you just learned is coming. History keeps every past entry within reach.

Data Visualization

See how daily factors, life events, treatment changes, and practice tools relate to your tics — all in one place. Behind each view is a real statistical analysis, not just a chart: sometimes what looks like a meaningful change isn't, and sometimes tics are shifting even when nothing looks different at a glance.
